CAL Sports Academy would like to share with you our knowledge of functional movement and healthy mental and nutritional strategies. The day will begin with a short introduction led by Corey and Jackie followed by a 30-40 minute group workout. At the conclusion of the workout, Corey and Jackie will lead an interactive breakout session about healthy habits, motivation, commitment, accountability, and goals. This co-ed event is designed for all ages! Come dressed to sweat!
A mini kid-friendly version of Functional Fitness will be going on separately at the same time. We’ll teach young ones the value of good nutrition, hydration, and movement in a FUN, energetic play time event. $25 for the first child, $15 for each additional.
