CAL Sports Academy offers adult fitness programs and would like to share with you our knowledge of functional movement and healthy mental and nutritional strategies. The day will begin with a short introduction led by Corey and Jackie followed by a 30-40 minute group workout. At the conclusion of the workout, Corey and Jackie will lead an interactive breakout session about healthy habits, motivation, commitment, accountability, and goals. This co-ed event is designed for all ages! Come dressed to sweat!

A mini kid-friendly version of Functional Fitness will be going on separately at the same time. We’ll teach young ones the value of good nutrition, hydration, and movement in a FUN, energetic play time event. $25 for the first child, $15 for each additional.


Our Adult classes are designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels. We believe in utilizing functional fitness exercises to train major muscle groups. This type of training includes strength, balance and coordination, power, range of motion, and mobility. Our classes will prepare the body to perform real-life movements and activities safely and efficiently. Zeroing in on these aspects of your training will have numerous benefits that translate to greater muscle memory, increased mobility, improved balance and posture, and a reduced risk of injury. Throughout the duration of our classes we will work together to progress both our bodies and minds fostering a better quality of life.
