To Request Your Party
Below are simple steps to request your party booking.
- Parties are booked on a first-come basis. Please book your party at least four (4) weeks in advance.
- Make your reservation request by filling out the request form below.
- A CAL Sports Academy Representative will contact you to confirm and schedule your party.
- You will receive an email confirmation, an invitation/rsvp link for your guests, and a party packet once your party is booked.
- The party fee must be paid at the time the party is scheduled.
- Parties cannot be held without payment in full.
*All children must have a liability form (included in the party packet) signed by a parent or legal guardian (included in the WAITING LIST link).

Non-refundable Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $75 is due at the time of scheduling.
Party Registration Forms Policy
Forms will be due once dates have been confirmed and booked.
Payment Policy
All payments and RSVPs are due two weeks before your party date.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds and credits will not be granted for canceled parties.
In the unfortunate event you need to reschedule your party,
please get in touch with us two weeks before the original party date.

$20 for each additional guest. A maximum of 20 guest.
