Refund Policy:

At CAL Sports Academy, we strive to provide exceptional youth sports training experiences while maintaining fairness and consistency in our policies. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have established the following refund policy:

1. No Refunds, Only Credits:

  • We do not offer refunds for any services, including but not limited to training sessions, camps, clinics, or memberships.
  • CAL Sports Academy reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registrations and will issue full compensation in the form of account credit.
  • For withdrawals from a program, participants will receive a partial credit equivalent to the amount paid minus a $25 inconvenience fee, which must be used towards future services provided by CAL Sports Academy. Participants are not eligible for credit reimbursement after a registrant has participated in a program or if a registrant cancels within a week of the program start date.

2. Credit Validity Period:

  • Credits issued for cancellations are valid for a period of six months from the date of issuance.
  • It is the responsibility of the participant or their guardian to utilize the credit within the stipulated validity period. After this period, the credit will expire, and no further extensions or refunds will be provided.
  • Credits under your family account can be used for any athlete in your family.

3. Summer Camp Rescheduling Policy:

  • Participants may request to reschedule their camp attendance from one week to another, subject to availability and prior approval.
  • A $15 inconvenience fee will be applicable for each camp rescheduling request. This fee is designed to cover administrative costs associated with adjusting schedules and ensuring smooth operations.

4. Exceptions:

  • In cases of documented medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be considered at the discretion of CAL Sports Academy management.
  • Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing along with supporting documentation, and decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

5. Communication and Contact:

  • Participants, parents, or guardians are encouraged to communicate any requests, concerns, or inquiries regarding refunds, credits, or rescheduling directly with our customer service team at
  • Our team is available to assist and provide guidance on navigating our refund policy and resolving any related issues.

6. Private Training Policies:

  • Payment for all private training sessions desired must be completed prior to scheduling your sessions.
  • Any private training cancellation or reschedule request made more than 24 hours before the session will incur a $25 rescheduling fee, or it will be considered a forfeited session.
  • Any private training cancellation within 24 hours will result in a forfeited session.

7. Small Group Training Policies:

  • Small group training pricing varies based on the number of athletes participating.
  • Payment from all participants must be completed prior to scheduling your small group training.
  • Any small group training cancellation or reschedule request made more than 24 hours before the session will incur a $25 rescheduling fee that must be paid by each participant, or it will be considered a forfeit.
  • Any small group training cancellation within 24 hours will result in a forfeited session.
  • If one or more participants cannot attend a training session, but there is at least 1 participant who can attend, it is up to the small group participants to determine if you will keep your training as scheduled or pay the rescheduling fee ($25 per participant) to allow all participants to attend.
    • A training session can run as scheduled if at least 1 athlete is present. If anyone in your small group party cannot attend a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to allow the training coach to prepare accordingly.
