Individual Private Training For athletes seeking sport specific instruction, individual training with our team of coaches will assist in providing breakthrough results. We offer training in basketball, volleyball, soccer, strength and conditioning, and speed and agility. Goals and objectives are set at the beginning of each training session by both the player and coach. We push our athletes to produce quality results and we work to build confidence in performance. Individual training sessions are scheduled for a full hour.

As of September 1st, 2021: CAL Sports Academy’s main gym located at 110 Christopher Lane is currently undergoing renovations. We are fully operating out of rental facilities for all trainings, programs, leagues, etc.

At this time, we have very limited private training slots available for booking. If you do not see any slots that fit your schedule, or you cannot find any openings with your desired instructor at the above schedule here button, please contact us at office@calsportsacademy.com with the following details – sport desired for training, preferred instructor. One of our administrators can assist you in finding some training options for your athlete.

SMALL GROUP

Small Group training allows athletes to receive additional attention to improve their game. Fundamental skills are stressed and applied through drills, contests, and competitive play.
