We Encourage Development
We understand that strong coaches and team members continue learning.
Depending on the position and level of experience, team members may have opportunities to work alongside experienced coaches, receive feedback and mentorship, strengthen their teaching and communication skills, develop as leaders, and take on additional responsibilities as they grow.
Some candidates may begin in an assistant or developmental role before independently leading programs. Advancement is based on readiness, performance, reliability, available opportunities, and organizational needs.

Professional Expectations
Every position at CAL Sports Academy carries a responsibility to provide a safe, organized, positive, and professional environment for athletes and families.
Depending on the position, coaches and staff may be expected to maintain required background clearances, follow CAL Sports Academy policies and athlete development standards, communicate scheduling conflicts promptly, maintain appropriate professional boundaries, and disclose outside coaching or business relationships that may create a conflict with CAL Sports Academy.
