Early Career and Development Born to Angie and Mark Harter, Casey Bernice Harter discovered her love for basketball early on. She joined CAL Sports Academy and quickly displayed her innate talent, honing her skills through years of diligent practice and competition. Originally from Harleysville, Pennsylvania, she attended Souderton High School. Harter’s impressive high school career attracted the attention of college scouts, leading her to commit to Northwestern University. Throughout her four years on the varsity basketball team, she served as Captain for two of those years.
