Join us for an action-packed 10-week season designed to build skills, confidence, and teamwork!

• Weeks 1–3: Skills & Drills Evaluations
• Weeks 4–9: Team Practices & Regular Season Games
• Week 10: Championship & Skills Day Celebration

During Skills Evaluation Week, athletes will be assessed on their knowledge and execution of game fundamentals. This ensures fair and balanced team placement so every athlete can grow and compete.

Each week, athletes will enjoy a 45-minute practice with their team, followed by one exciting game. Games are played in four 8-minute quarters with a running clock. The clock will stop in the final minute on all out-of-bounds plays or free throws, creating a fast-paced and exciting atmosphere for players and families alike!

Team Shirts

Every athlete will receive their official team shirt to wear during games—building pride, unity, and team spirit.

• Forget your shirt? That’s a technical foul awarded to the other team.
• Make sure to enter the correct size at registration!
• Replacement shirts (lost, damaged, or wrong size) are available for $35.

Athletes may wear any color shorts or pants, but sneakers are required to play.

Volunteers

Be part of the action! We’re looking for parent volunteers to help with scorekeeping during games. Your support keeps the league running smoothly and allows our coaches to focus fully on developing the athletes.
