Summertime Basketball Workouts

Looking to hone your basketball skills during lunchtime this summer? Join us for our Summer Lunchtime 60-minute Basketball Workouts!

Designed specifically for busy middle and high school athletes, these sessions cater to individuals with evening commitments such as AAU Team practices, Summer Leagues, High School Team commitments, or other obligations. Held during select weeks throughout the summer from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, our lunchtime workouts provide a dedicated space for athletes to focus on skill development in a supportive environment.

Whether you’re aiming to refine your shooting technique, improve ball-handling skills, enhance your defensive prowess, or work on conditioning, our experienced coaches are here to guide you every step of the way. With flexible scheduling and a commitment to individualized attention, these workouts are ideal for athletes looking to maximize their potential during the summer months.

Don’t let your busy schedule keep you from pursuing your basketball aspirations. Join us for our Summer Lunchtime Basketball Workouts by committing to a minimum of 3 days or attending all 5 days. If you choose the 3-day option, please select which days you will be attending, allowing our coaching staff to plan the weekly workouts effectively and tailor them to your needs.
