For athletes seeking sport specific instruction, individual training with our team of coaches will assist in providing breakthrough results. We offer training in basketball, volleyball, soccer, strength and conditioning, and speed and agility. Goals and objectives are set at the beginning of each training session by both the player and coach. We push our athletes to produce quality results and we work to build confidence in performance. Individual training sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes or a full hour.

  • 1 session: $50
  • 5 sessions: $225  SAVE $25!

One Hour Rate:
