Private Training

For athletes seeking sport specific instruction, our Private Training Programs with our team of coaches will assist in providing breakthrough results. We offer private training in basketball, volleyball, soccer, strength and conditioning, and speed and agility.

Private training programs will help players refine and improve their technical skills.  Coaches provide one-on-one-attention for individualized skills and pinpoint new techniques and drills personalized to each player’s needs.  Goals and objectives are set at the beginning of each training session by both the player and coach.

We push our athletes to produce quality results and we work to build confidence in performance. Our coaches are dedicated to helping each player maximize their individual skill levels to contribute more to team goals.
