For athletes seeking sport specific instruction, our Private Training Programs with our team of coaches will assist in providing breakthrough results. We offer private training in basketball, volleyball, soccer, strength and conditioning, and speed and agility.
Private training programs will help players refine and improve their technical skills. Coaches provide one-on-one-attention for individualized skills and pinpoint new techniques and drills personalized to each player’s needs. Goals and objectives are set at the beginning of each training session by both the player and coach.
We push our athletes to produce quality results, and we work to build confidence in performance. Our coaches are dedicated to helping each player maximize their individual skill levels to contribute more to team goals.
Private Training Programs are scheduled for 60 minutes.

- Private Training Session – 1 Person
- All sessions in a 4-pack or 8-pack must be scheduled and completed within the designated calendar month.
- Unused sessions do not carry over to the following month, so we encourage you to plan accordingly to maximize your package. Example: If you purchase a 4-pack under January Private Training on January 10, all four sessions must be scheduled and completed by January 31. Any unused sessions will expire at the end of the month and cannot be carried over to February.
