Understanding of Volleyball fundamentals and proper mechanics

Designed to provide beginners with a solid grasp of volleyball fundamentals and correct mechanics, this class employs drills to encourage proper technique while facilitating players’ comprehension of the game. Each clinic’s content adapts based on the players’ skill retention to facilitate improvement. Volleyball, being a team sport, relies on individual efforts to achieve seamless coordination. Skill development stands as the key to establishing rhythm and unity within the realm of volleyball.
