Our Small Group Sessions offer a cost-effective alternative to private training while still providing personalized attention and guidance.

Small Group Training allows for accountability, competition and sessions focused on team play and game-time translation. Register your small group with us to achieve growth and strengthened ability for all players. Athletes will train with other individuals who have a similar skill set.

We offer small group training in basketball, volleyball, soccer, strength and conditioning, and speed and agility. Training rates will vary due to group size, total hours, and number of instructors needed.

Here’s how Small Group Training works:

To ensure consistency and progress, we do require a monthly session commitment. This commitment not only helps you stay accountable but also allows our trainers to track your progress and tailor future sessions accordingly.

Whether you’re looking to improve your offensive consistency, enhance your footwork, or refine your teamwork skills, our Small Group Sessions offer a structured and affordable way to elevate your game and achieve your goals.

Basketball Development Workouts
with
Coach Corey and Staff in November!

 

Are you ready to elevate your basketball skills to new heights? Join Coach Corey along with Coaches Cordell, Ethan, and Matt (depending on the number of participants) for dynamic sessions designed to maximize your potential on the court. We’ve listened to your feedback and are excited to offer these workouts, providing additional opportunities for dedicated athletes like you to train more frequently.

 

Each session with our expert coaches will cover a comprehensive range of training elements, including conditioning, stretching, bodyweight exercises, foot agility drills, advanced ball handling techniques, and targeted shooting drills to refine your free-throw and in-game jump shots. Engaging in scrimmage sessions will also challenge and enhance your basketball IQ, preparing you for real game scenarios.

 

With a total of 18 hours of training included in this November package, you’ll have ample time to refine your skills and take your game to the next level. Our coaching team is committed to working with athletes who are dedicated and willing to give their all from start to finish.

This comprehensive package offers access to all basketball development workouts throughout the month, providing maximum flexibility for participants. It includes both weekend and midweek sessions, ensuring comprehensive skill development opportunities.

Custom Package

This flexible program allows you to create your own workout schedule by selecting the dates and times that work best for you. Choose from 30 date/time options! Pricing is $35 per one-hour session, $60 per two-hour session, and $75 per three-hour session, with a minimum commitment of 10 sessions upfront (one session = one date/time option). Terms and Conditions:

Please note that all packages require full payment prior to the start of the training program. Additionally, refunds or credits for missed sessions may be subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the registration agreement. We encourage parents to review the terms carefully before purchasing a package.

Registration: Participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information. By registering for the program, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Payment Options are available for All-Inclusive Pass packages; please email us for further details.

Refunds and Credits: Refunds or credits for missed sessions may be granted under certain circumstances, such as medical emergencies or program cancellations by CAL Sports Academy. Requests for refunds or credits must be submitted in writing and are subject to review and approval.

Program Changes: CAL Sports Academy reserves the right to modify or cancel training sessions, schedules, or packages at its discretion. Participants will be notified of any changes in a timely manner, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate affected individuals.

Agreement: By participating in the basketball training program offered by CAL Sports Academy, participants and their parents or legal guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
