Sports training remains a challenge for many athletes due to the Covid-19, so CAL Sports created skill development workouts virtually to help our young athletes. At our virtual sports training players can still fine-tune their skills to keep them on top of their game while stuck at home in a fun virtual environment. Each of our programs is geared towards skill level.

  1. All workouts are 45 minutes in length.
  2. Homework assignments with video instruction and tracking sheets.
  3. All training session has a live instructor, providing comment and instructions.
  4. Each class is small in size, so each kid gets the necessary attention.
  5. Equipment Required for Basketball Classes (basketball, cones, and a chair).
